Milena Kurre, Inspector General of Police (IGP), Chhattisgarh, attended as the Guest of Honour, celebrating the spirit of female leadership in the industrial sector.

A highlight of the event was the launch of the second edition of ‘UnstoppabAl’, a special publication featuring the inspiring journeys of 12 women. These stories showcase the grit of employees and community beneficiaries who have balanced demanding professional roles with personal responsibilities.

Addressing the gathering, Rajesh Kumar, CEO & Director, BALCO, emphasized that women are now at the forefront of plant operations and innovation. He reiterated BALCO’s commitment to an inclusive workplace as the company progresses toward its 1 MTPA vision.
IGP Milena Kurre added, “From the BSF to the Supreme Court, women are leading with purpose, reflecting the steady progress of our nation.”
